Strengthen the herd

Educational experiences for youth, families, veterans and communities

SWELL Foundation strengthens youth, families, veterans and communities through educational experiences that build self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication, resilience, healthy relationships, leadership and connection.

Through horses, the SWELL Method, faith, nature, outdoor experiences and the strength of the herd, participants learn to better understand how they respond under pressure, recognize the patterns influencing their choices, and practice healthier ways of moving forward.

We are especially committed to creating opportunities for individuals and families who may otherwise be unable to access these experiences, including at-risk and underserved youth, foster families, veterans, survivors of trauma, and families navigating difficult circumstances.

Your donation helps create places and programs where people can step outside daily pressures, feel that they belong, develop practical life skills, and discover greater hope, strength and direction.
